Before proceeding, have ready…

*Applications submitted after May 31st will be accepted, but processing times may be longer.

Note:

  • If I am currently in a preparatory class, I submit my DSE application by already listing CentraleSupélec among my CROUS wishes so as to be attached to this institution
  • If I am currently in my final year of high school, I submit my DSE application by listing Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor AIDAMS among my CROUS wishes so as to be attached to CentraleSupélec
  • If my program does not appear in the list above, this means the program is not authorized: I will not receive the CROUS living scholarship, as CentraleSupélec will not be able to validate my registration with the CROUS.

For a first application for a means-tested scholarship, the student must be under 28 years old on January 1st of the year of enrollment in higher education.

Each year, students must submit an application for the following academic year.

Step 1

I make sure to list CentraleSupélec among my six choices by selecting the right department, city, and institution.

Step 2

Within seven days after submitting my file, I check the “My received messages” section on the messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr platform and, if applicable to my situation, I send the additional documents requested by CROUS within two weeks.

Processing of additional documents takes about two and a half months after submission. An incomplete file may remain pending until December. In case of problem to inquire about the progress of my file, I contact the Crous at  09.72.59.65.65

Step 3

I collect my provisional notice on the CROUS platform. As soon as I have access to my online administrative registration, I upload it to my registration file.

Step 4

As a scholarship student, I am exempt from the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC).

However, starting in June, I must still obtain the CVEC certificate for the coming academic year, then upload it and enter the necessary information in my registration file.

Step 5

As soon as I receive it, I send my final notice

My final notice confirms:

  • my registration with the CROUS: the payment of my CROUS living scholarship is initiated. I will receive the first payment within two weeks from the end of August,
  • my eligibility for the Diversity and Inclusion Center scholarship if I am a 1st or 2nd year engineering student.

Important: A refusal issued by the CROUS remains proof of the complete review of my file. This document must be submitted as a final notice. In case of appeal or change of situation, I contact the Financial Aid Office to review my situation.

Students enrolled in a doctorate, FreeMoov, Master of Science ITM, SBS, DSBA, Specialized Master's, professionalization contract and apprenticeship, University Diploma cannot benefit from the CROUS means-tested scholarship.

Assistance from the CVEC Social Fund

The CentraleSupélec CVEC commission votes each year on a provisional budget, a global envelope intended for the payment of one-off financial aid to students.
The emergency aid intended to help students in precarious situations has the main objective of responding to an emergency situation encountered by a student, for which an immediate response is necessary: subsistence needs, difficulty coping with family breakdown, access to digital tools, difficulty accessing housing. The aid granted is accompanied by a CentraleSupélec service offer to help stabilize the student's social situation (support).
This emergency aid is intended to improve students' living conditions. It contributes to their academic success.
Aid may be granted to the student depending on their request and the evaluation of their situation.

Eligible public

  • Students in continuing education
  • Students in apprenticeship and in professionalization contracts are excluded except for those who have two homes.
