Université Paris-Saclay implements an attractiveness policy aimed at international students. As such, non-EU students subject to differentiated fees benefit from a partial exemption. This brings the amounts of the "differentiated fees" to the amounts of the fees applicable to national students, under the conditions set by the decision n° CA-2026-013 of the Board of Directors dated February 3, 2026 on the partial exemption of registration fees for non-EU students.
