Do I have to pay the CVEC? Can I pay in several installments?

The CVEC must be paid in a single payment to the Crous by logging on to the site cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr . 

Every student enrolled in initial training at a higher education institution must pay this contribution before registering. If he or she enrolls, in the same academic year, in several programs (105€ for 2025/2026), this contribution is only due at the time of the first registration. 

However, certain students are not concerned and do not have to provide any certificate:

People in continuing education

International exchange students entering free of charge

Double degree students entering free of charge

Students under a professionalization contract

Others are exempt but must provide a certificate:

Students with a social criteria scholarship, French Government scholarship holders

People with refugee status

People benefiting from subsidiary protection and asylum seekers

WARNING!  You must download the certificate and not the payment receipt when registering online. CentraleSupélec will not be able to finalize your administrative registration without this certificate if you are required to provide it.
